At RHAY Logistics, we prioritize safety above all else. Our company culture is built upon a foundation of safety-first principles, which we reinforce daily through coaching sessions focused on the three pillars of our safety and health policy: Personal Safety, Public Safety, and Property Safety.

Led by our dedicated internal Safety and Health Committee, we have implemented a range of policies to ensure the well-being of our team members. These include workplace policies, break policies, as well as comprehensive guidelines addressing Violence and Harassment in the workplace, among others.

We are proud to announce that our commitment to safety has been recognized by the Government of Alberta, which has awarded RHAY Logistics a Certificate of Recognition for Partnership in Injury Reduction. This accolade underscores our ongoing efforts to create a safe and secure environment for all employees and stakeholders.
